Information pursuant to Art. 13 / 14 GDPR
1. Controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is the provider named in the imprint. For questions about data protection you can reach us at info@pralexrobotics.com.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external service provider: [name and address of the hosting provider]. When the pages are accessed, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files. These are usually: IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, amount of data transferred, a message confirming successful retrieval, as well as the browser type used and the operating system.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, stable and functioning operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after [number] days, unless they are needed longer to investigate or defend against security incidents. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (in particular your email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics or audience measurement, and no advertising technologies. No fonts or other resources are loaded from external servers (CDNs) — all fonts are served locally from our server. For this reason, no cookie or consent banner is required.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar and by the string "https://" in the address.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Within the limits of the legal requirements, you have the following rights: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, an informal message to the contact address above is sufficient.
Insofar as we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The authority responsible is usually the supervisory authority of the federal state [responsible state authority] in which the controller is based.
